Cable Tray Roll Forming Production Line

The cable tray production line is a forming unit that uses rollers to produce finished cable trays. Cable tray production line mainly consists of passive loading racks, leveling devices, punching devices, forming devices, cutting devices, hydraulics, computer control systems, etc., and is easy to operate.
The fully automatic processing equipment for trough cable trays can produce cable trays. Different specifications are completed by replacing the die rolls. The roll bending machine adopts a combination and adjustable type. A set of rollers can complete all specifications of cable tray products. Changes in specifications are completed by adjusting the opening gear and rollers of the forming machine.
Molding process of trough cable tray automatic bending one-time forming equipment:
Unwinding - leveling - clamping and feeding - punching - forming - to a certain length - cutting off - collecting materials one by one
The fully automatic cable tray production line can produce trough cable trays and pallet cable trays. Cable trays of different specifications can be completed by replacing the punch dies. The roll bending machine adopts a combination and adjustable type. A set of rollers can complete all specifications of cable tray products.
